Anyway I told him what the problem was As far as I could tell Then he stepped me through Some details with the machine And verified that there in fact was a damaged gear. He then preceded to tell me I could go ahead and send him the damaged parts And he would replace them for No charge! I paid for shipping because I needed Expedited delivery. So when it comes to the quality of the machines, They are the best on the market. When it comes to the customer service that back Companies equipment, there has never been Better support For a product. You will be Pleased with The roller mill. And if you do have a problem with it. This company will support It And they will find you a solution. I am absolutely thrilled To know that customer service Still exists! This has been a great machine. Setup was pretty straight forward and only took about 20min. I’ve been mounting tires on it for a couple months now with no issues. I own an ATV shop so most of the tires have been for ATVs and SxS but I mounted a set of 265x75-16 on my suburban and some 32x11.5-16 on a 4Runner with no issues at all.
