Know About the Sandwich Panel Production Line
Sandwich Panel Production Line in the finishing, shaping, after-forming, cutting, composition formation, the final products appear elegant, smooth, durable, uniformly colored, very effective, widely used in civil and industrial buildings, like factories, workshops, machine sheds, hangars, warehouse, exhibition halls and many other indoor and outdoor surfaces and walls. This product is used for various purposes. Sandwich panels are manufactured for interlocking building construction, pre-cast concrete panels, pre-cast panel products for the roof, flooring, partitions and interlocking panel products for pre-cast building construction. The sandwich manufacturing process uses four major steps: laying of the floor (base), forming of panels, welding them together and finishing. These four steps are necessary to build up a high quality panel with lasting results.
Laying the concrete-based core material is the first and foremost step in the sandwich panel production line process. The basic idea behind it is to have a solid base for the panels to be formed. Concrete core materials are specially formulated to provide sufficient tensile strength. The thickness of the core material is variable depending on the application and the type of construction involved. The core material also determines the weight of the final product.
Forming the sandwiches is the second stage. The hot molten steel and the cold rolled rock wool are poured on the steel forming rollers to form the sandwich panels. After the rollers cool down, they get fixed into the core material. To make sure that the sandwiches get fixed firmly, manual pressure is applied by the workers on the rollers. The roller moves up and down making sure that the correct position of each sandwich panel is attained.
The third and final step in sandwich panel production line is to place the formation of the metal rollings into the core material. This is done by the application of the right kind of forming equipment. The machinery is fitted with the right kind of cutting tools and various gauges. After the rolling process is complete, the formation gets cut into desired shapes and sizes. The equipment helps in precise positioning and perfect alignment of the formed product.
The sandwich manufacturing process is generally followed by the bottom metal forming process. This is also known as stamping or pressing operation. This is the process wherein the rolled products get pressed from the tube-shaped core material on to the desired shapes. Usually, this is the last step in the production line as the quality assurance is carried out when the pressed rolls are inspected. The inspection is done before pressing the rolls to ensure that the entire process is done perfectly.
Another important aspect of the production line is the process where the steel coils get fed into the die. The coil gets pushed down by the dies into the molten form. The pressurization and the feeding of the steel coils are done by the electric motor. This is the best type of sandwich roll forming machines and is widely used in various industrial applications.
