Offhand, the tray looks pretty nice, feels sturdy, quality material. Dimensions just right for a 9-inch roller. Only issue I had was that it came with one wheel missing. However, this was speedily resolved by no less than the owner and CEO of Zorr Corp himself, Mr. Steve Enguita, who personally sent me the missing wheel. He could have delegated this task but no - he did it himself. This, I think, is the epitome of customer service that is worth emulating.
