What Is an IBR Machine?

An IBR machine is a mechanical device that forms roofing sheets automatically. It is operated by two operators. It uses a 45# steel roller coated with 0.05mm hard chrome. The machine has a high peak height and a streamlined shape. It can load both steel and loose iron coils. Its feeding table features blocks on both sides to keep the iron plate from deforming. The machine then rolls the plate into a finished profile, which is a smooth, flat sheet with no scratches or burrs.
