How to Build a Trapezoid Machine

The trapezoid machine was invented by Joseph Lora and Alvy Singer in the early 1970s.trapezoid machine The name for this exercise machine comes from the Greek words tzyzo (three) and pane (face). The exerciser faces one side of the board while gripping the handles at the other two sides. One feels a gradual stretch in the muscles as one extends the body towards the other side of the board. This stretch feels like resistance, but is not painful.

A more strenuous version of this exercise is done by using a trapezoid roll forming machine.trapezoid machine trapezoid machine In this case the exerciser faces the board and rolls the handles simultaneously. The feet of the machine should be placed on a platform that has been placed flat on the floor, while the upper hand is placed directly on the foot. The movement should be made towards the centre of the room.

Another version of the trapezoid board-made exercise is done on a colorful steel plate called the trampoline mat.trapezoid machine When this mat is used it is obvious that many of the exercises done on the wooden or laminated boards will have to be adapted. A trapezoid sheet metal and a colorful steel plate are used for forming exercises. They are attached to the underside of a table.

The trapezoid sheet metal is formed first by rolling it out, then cutting it into the required shapes. The cutting should take place on a piece of smooth plywood. A piece of colored steel roof making machine special drill metal is used for forming the framework. The thickness of the framework should be such that the width of the trapezoid is equally divided by the distance between the centre of the board's edge and the edge of the trapezoid. The upper half of the frame to be formed is cut from the same sheet metal but the lower half is left out. This left part is to be joined with a small amount of wood glue.

When this is done it is time to attach the framework to the trapezoid. The process is similar to that of the laminated board-making except that the center-section of the lattice is not formed by folding over the upper sheet. Instead it is formed by fitting the right edge of the lattice into the right place. A thin piece of wooden dowel is used in the making of the lathe's head.

When this is done the frame is glued to the upper portion of the frame and a thin piece of wood is used to fix it to the framework. It is now ready for joining the upper half of the lattice together with the right corners. There is now a thin metal piece attached at the top. It is called the kul add or tal-kaf kiesa. In order to make sure that all the pieces are correctly placed, a couple of practice pieces are made and they are used to hold the final piece in place while the other one is being assembled.
