The process of manufacturing corrugated roofing sheets begins by unrolling three sheets of paper at once. The outer liner is unrolled first, followed by the middle sheet (known as the medium). This medium sheet is then pressed through grooved metal rolls to give it the fluted appearance. A corrugator can also print or die-cut a product. It's all done on a single machine. Once the corrugated sheet is finished, the packaging is ready for palletisation.
